What are semi custom invitations?
Semi custom invitations are pre made designs that you can personalize. You are also able to choose the ink colour, the paper colour and the font, through the personalization guide, that best fits your wedding aesthetic.
How long does it take for you to make my semi custom invitations?
It takes up to 9 weeks from start to finish, depending on the number and variety of cards that you choose.
What is your minimum order?
The minimum quantity is 20.
How to place my order?
Visit the semi custom collection page and choose a design. Before inquiring, please make sure to read the personalization guide and the terms & conditions. I will send you an estimated quote based on the questionnaire that you've filled out prior to inquire. Once you booked your spot, I will start personalize and make your invitations.
When to place my order?
I recommend to contact me as early as possible. The best time to reach out is usually between 6 and 8 months before your wedding.
Do you do rush orders?
Of course! If your deadline is possible, note that a 30% fee will be added to your total.
What printing methods do you offer?
I offer letterpress and hot foil printing.
How many invitations should I order?
One set of invitation is sent per household but I highly recommend to order 5 to 10 extras invitations in case you have last minute guests.
Is shipping included in the pricing?
No. Once your order is ready to ship, I email you your shipping options and costs. Your order will be shipped with a tracking number and signature upon delivery once the shipping invoice is settled.
Do you offer anything else beside invitations?
Yes I do! I've recently added to the semi custom collection, menus and save the date! I also offer handcrafted vow books that you can find in ’’la boutique’’.
Can I return my semi custom invitations?
Unfortunately the custom nature of the products don't allow me to accept refund or exchanges. If a printing error is made on my part, I will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting will be covered by the client.
