We will ship your order within 2 business days with a tracking number. Orders processed in Canada will take 1-7 business days to arrive and overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days, depending the shipping option you choose.
Please note that some additional import taxes, custom duties and fees may apply to orders placed for shipment outside Canada.

You can return your paper order if you realize that it is not a good fit for your project after all. Your order must be returned within 7 days and must be in its original packaging and sent at your expense in a bubble mailer for a full refund. Any used, altered or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Please send us an email at email@example.com.
Regarding the letterpress orders and wedding invitations, no return or refund is possible due to their custom nature.
Yes! I make the paper myself by hand in my studio located in Toronto.
All my materials are from sustainable sources such as the cotton, which are the by-products of textile manufacturing, and the colour pigments made from rocks.
Yes! Just send me an example of the colour you’d like me to create at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get back to you to see if it’s doable. I will send over a picture and/or a paper sample during the process for you to see and confirm if you like the colour or not before making a whole batch. Just keep in mind that as I work with natural pigments, the colour of the paper will always have an earthy tone. I will do my best to create the colour as close as your request.
Yes! All my frames are custom made so I can create the size that you have in mind up to 8’’x11’
Yes you can! Even though my paper was designed first for letterpress printing, you can totally use an inkjet printer as well!

Any ink and pens are fine but I do not recommend using a sharp nib as it tends to get trapped in the cotton fibers.

Unfortunately, I only offer my letterpress services on my own paper for a total handmade and sustainable experience.
I can press any colour that you’d like. You can refer to a Pantone uncoated colours swatches to help you make your choice.
Unfortunately due to the handmade nature of my paper, I prefer to press only on the front side to make the raw texture pop on your design and give it a unique organic aspect.
Yes, depending on the material of your plate. If it’s compatible with my press, you won’t need to purchase a plate. I just expect you to send it over or to drop it off.
It depends on the quantity of prints, the size of your artwork and the size of the paper that you’d like.
No, It will be cheaper! To reprint, I will only charge for the paper and the printing, not for the plate as long as the design remains the same.

Semi custom invitations are pre made designs that you can customize with your own wording. You can also choose the ink colour, the paper colour and the font, amongst our curated palette.
For the semi custom invitations, it takes between 6 and 9 weeks from the moment I start making the paper and start printing.
The full custom suite takes between 8 and 12 weeks.

The custom suite includes the invitation, the RSVP and both the envelopes printed with the guests addresses and the return address.
With the custom design option, you also get 30 minutes to 1h video call to discuss the design trends that you imagine for your wedding.

The prices are provided on a case by case basis. To have an idea of the investment, our full custom suite starts at $2635, based on a quantity of 50.

Your order will be shipped once the shipping invoice is settle through Paypal.
For the collection, a $5 shipping fee will be automatically added to your order in your cart. I will credit this amount to your final Shipping Invoice.
Yes! I also make custom menus and place/escort cards. I offer letterpress printing for the menus and handwritten calligraphy for the place cards. Feel free to contact me for any other day off stationery that you'd like.
Unfortunately the custom nature of the products don't allow me to accept refund or exchanges. It is my goal that the client is satisfied with my product so for this reason multiple approvals will be required during the design process. A final design proof will be sent for you to check if the wording is correct or for any typo corrections. If there is a printing error made on my part, I will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
Regarding the small size of my operation and depending on the quantity and the size that you require, it takes me up to 5 business days to make 100 5x7 sheets of paper in any colour. I recommend you to inquire for the exact turnaround time for your project.
From the moment that I receive and review your artwork file, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be ready.
Of course! If your deadline is possible, note that a 30% fee will be added to your total.
